Room and Resource Manager is Now Available as an iXtend Product Through ASI

Edison, NJ, Aug 2010 -- Room and Resource Manager, the ultimate logistics and operations management software is now available in the iXtend Gold program for ASI and iMIS. "We have been building applications for program intensive organizations for many years and we are looking forward to customers getting access to our products through the ASI sales and delivery channel," says Lee Hornstein, Managing Director of (C) Systems, LLC.

The software integrates with iMIS in several important ways. Without any rekeying of iMIS data, RRM will address all facility and resource scheduling requirements for events, programs, seminars, and conferences. The system is designed for asset and resource optimization with strong cost controls. Tracking costs accurately and billing of all organizational resources are built into the software and the iMIS interface.

"We have designed the software to be easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to configure to each organization's unique requirements," says Hornstein.

For iMIS customers, RRM and the iMIS interface can now be purchased directly from your ASI or AiSP representative. An MS Outlook Integrator is also available for customers wishing to perform scheduling functions in Outlook. Another RRM option is the integration with Program Manager, an extensive program and seminar management application available directly from (C) Systems.
