Help Desk

(C) Systems, LLC maintains a Help Desk available to our customers that operates 12 hours per day from 8:00AM to 8:00PM EST. At the Help Desk you will find consultants trained and authorized to deliver support on Room and Resource Manager and all of the products we provide.

All support requests will be acknowledged within 4 hours of initial contact. Support may be delivered onsite or through remote access using GoToMeeting, as determined by the consultant assigned to the service ticket. All support calls and responses are billed based on time and materials.

  • Via our tech support portal. Customers are provided with a login to our support portal, which allows you to submit tickets and track the details and status of your support requests.
